With houses being sold so quickly, it was important to work with someone who knew the area and the market. I had a preferred neighborhood and Damon was able to show me a house in that location that hadn’t been listed yet as he already had a working relationship with the developer. He was not pushy and was extremely knowledgeable about the market, average days on market, and the average sale price of comparable homes. My biggest problem today is with people trying to sell me something that I know more about than them. I really appreciated Damon's expertise and professionalism.
